Andrea O’Reilly is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist who specializes in grief, trauma, and relational loss. Cathy Snyder is completing her Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University and is joining Therapy Bee as an MSW practicum student. She brings approximately 17 years of experience in social services and a calm, thoughtful, and collaborative presence to her work.

Cathy’s professional background includes community living, Ontario Works, housing and advocacy services, case management, and community-based support. She has worked alongside individuals and families navigating mental health and substance-use concerns, disability-related needs, housing instability, conflict, and complex service systems.

Her approach is grounded in careful listening, curiosity, practical support, and respect for the strengths people already carry. Her areas of interest include grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment concerns, and hoarding. Her previous learning and training include trauma-informed practice, motivational interviewing, Mental Health First Aid, dual diagnosis, conflict resolution, and nonviolent crisis intervention.

Cathy provides virtual services to adults located in Ontario. She practises as an MSW practicum student under the clinical supervision of Andrea O’Reilly, MSW, RSW, Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist.
